APPLIES TO ALL ART COMMISSIONSAn actual character reference would be much appreciated but I do understand that not everyone has the time to make one. I can work off of descriptions and random images put together, but this may cost extra depending on how much I have to put together myself.When I finish the sketch or colored drawing I will send you a watermarked update of the drawing. You as the client will then have four days to either approve the sketch for me to continue work, or request revisions. If there is no input or response within four days, the sketch will be approved automatically, and no revisions will be accepted. You're entitled to one round of minor revisions on the sketch and colored drawing. Unfortunately, revisions that require significant reworking or recreation of the piece, the client will have to pay an additional charge equal to the amount of time and effort that was needed to rework the artwork. Minor revisions at the last stage may also be subject to an additional charge (depending on how drastic).Under absolutely no circumstances do I consent to any finished commission or progress pictures being used/sold as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or fed into AI.I DON’T DO REFUNDS! ONCE AN ART PIECE HAS BEEN PAYED FOR THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL!!!NON COMMERCIAL / PERSONAL USEWhen the commission is complete, the artwork belongs to you to a certain extent. I still maintain authorship credit (can't claim the artwork as your own) and you may not alter the work without my permission. I do reserve the right to post this piece on my portfolio and social media at my discretion but I will ask permission out of politeness.Please don't sell or reproduce the finished commission in any capacity. If you wish to sell or otherwise commercially reproduce the finished commission, this request can be submitted for consideration at any time, but will not be accepted without further payment.COMMERCIAL USE( NOTE THAT THE PRICE OF COMMERCIAL DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU USE IT FOR AND MAY GET PRICY! )When the commission is complete, the artwork belongs to you to a certain extent. Before you begin to browse I would like to tell you the time it will take for the VTuber to be created. A PNGTuber takes a month or two to create (depending on which is bought) while a Vtuber model takes two to three months to create.PLEASE READI only accept payment through CashApp and Venmo I'm currently having trouble with Ko-Fi and I’m not ready for VGen.The reference provided must be an original design as I will not make PNGTubers of copyrighted or already existing characters. If I find out that you have used an already existing character without permission you will be permanently blocked and banned from ordering from me.IMPORTANTFor PNGTuber models, I offer three different sets for a different price. The reason why is because each set comes with a limited amount of emotes.The Basic PNGTuber set comes with 5 basic emotes (happy, sad, angry, scared/crying, shocked/surprised) + 1 custom emote.The Emotional PNGTuber set comes with 5 basic emotes (happy, sad, angry, scared, shocked/surprised) + 5 special emotes (starstruck, blush/embarrassed, smug, confused, blank) + 3 custom emotes.The Dynamic PNGTuber set comes with 5 basic emotes (happy, sad, angry, scared, shocked/surprised) + 5 special emotes (starstruck, blush/embarrassed, smug, confused, blank) + 5…interesting emotes (UwU, Dead, Disgusted, Pouty, Saiya Special) + 5 custom emotes.The custom emotes get to be whatever you want! You could create your own emotion or steal some from other sets! The possibilities are endless (until I get tired of seeing your PNGTuber).If you don’t vibe with any of the sets you can you can get the Customized PNGTuber set!
